A stunning set of rare architectural engravings by architect Georg Andreas Bockler.
The engravings are printed onto a thin rag paper and illustrate the theory & application of hydrodynamics for fountains and water jets as well as elaborate and fanciful designs for free standing fountains.
This set of 4 prints are called Architectura Curiosa Nova and were published in 1664 (Before the great fire of London) by Paul Furstens Numberg, so incredibly old and rare!
